I started Steph's Kitchen & Wellness to empower older adults living independently to age with strength and grace in the comfort of their homes. Through nourishing, home-cooked meals, mindful movement, and personalized wellness coaching, I bring compassionate care and meaningful connection.

For over 20 years, I have been sharing my love of food and wellness by preparing nourishing meals for family, friends, and neighbors in need. From service work and pandemic support to postpartum care and family celebrations, my cooking has always been an act of love and connection for others.
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and a passionate chef dedicated to supporting others through food, movement, and mindful living.
I hold a Certificate of Culinary Arts after completing a 480 hour program approved by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and I am ServSafe Food Manager certified to ensure I am following the most updated food safety guidelines.
